This agreement between you and Minicabs High Barnet governs the use of our services. By booking a taxi and utilizing our service, you unconditionally accept the terms outlined in this agreement.
1. Definitions Minicabs High Barnet or "we" refers to the service provider. "You" refers to any person, business, or company making a booking.
2. Booking 2.1 Allocate sufficient time for the journey, especially for airport transfers. We are not responsible for delays caused by inadequate time allocation.
2.2 Order a car suitable for passengers and luggage. A child is considered a single passenger.
2.3 Request wheelchair access during booking.
3. Prices & Payment 3.1 Quotations are based on provided information. Prices, excluding VAT, may change with material itinerary changes.
3.2 Quote includes a 45-minute waiting period and airport parking costs. Excess waiting is charged at the standard rate.
3.3 Confirmation review is essential. Minicabs High Barnet is not responsible for delays or costs due to unnotified mistakes.
3.4 Payment options: cash, credit card, or debit card.
4. The Service 4.1 Passengers' behavior is your responsibility. Soiling or damage may incur cleaning charges.
4.2 No eating, drinking, or smoking in the car.
4.3 Children must be appropriately restrained.
4.4 Passenger limits comply with licensing or insurance.
5. Cancellations 5.1 Notify us of cancellations promptly. Charges apply if a vehicle is canceled after dispatch.
5.2 Online booking cancellations may incur charges.
6. Liability 6.1 We are not liable for losses due to delays beyond our control.
6.2 Luggage is carried at your risk.
6.3 Breakdowns prompt alternative arrangements for your journey.
6.4 You won't indemnify Minicabs High Barnet for expenses arising from any act or omission in your party.
7. Termination 7.1 We may terminate or refuse bookings immediately if risks arise from abuse, violence, or damage.
8. Miscellaneous 8.1 We may subcontract obligations. You won't assign or transfer your rights under this agreement.
8.2 Terms may change; review regularly. Existing bookings follow rates in effect at booking.

8.5 Third parties have no rights unless agreed in writing.
9. Disputes Any dispute must be made within 30 days from the booking pickup date. Claims beyond this period won't be entertained.
